These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Simorgh Bridge Foundation (“the Foundation”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) website, services, and online platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Foundation’s website is intended to provide information about our mission, programs, events, and opportunities to support our charitable work. It may also facilitate online donations, event registrations, and membership applications.

3. Donations and Payments

All donations made through our Services are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Tax receipts will be issued in compliance with the rules of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) if and when the Foundation obtains registered charity status.
Donations are processed by secure third-party payment processors, and the Foundation does not store full credit or debit card details.

All text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials on our Services are the intellectual property of the Foundation or used under license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from our Services without prior written permission.
